Titanium
”The Metal Of The Gods”, or the mother of many rare metals and the flagship of the jewelery world! Mendeleev’s table Ti²².
Titanium is a silver metal. Beautiful, light and allergy free. Titanium is also used and alloyed with other rare metals in the Mendeleev table. The proportion or % simply differs. Titanium cannot be melted under domestic conditions! Used in medicine, aerospace, aeronautics etc.. Ideal for wedding and casual rings. Highly prized for its properties in the jewelery world.
Specific weight 4,5 g/cm³. Looks silvery grey. Has about 12 different colors of anode-gamma. Ideal for wedding rings because of its appearance. Can be combined with gold and finished in matte or glossy.
Titanium-Damascus
Titanium-Damascus looks multi-colored. The material is composed of several different titanium stamps.
Very decorative and light. Suitable for jewelery and rings. Can be combined with gold. Can be finished in matte or glossy. Different matrices are created.
Titanium-Crystal
A completely new approach to titanium. You can see the so-called “crystals” in the texture of the material. A beautiful surface effect is created.
Exterior and interior surfaces can be smooth or matted. Looks silverish gray or a variety of colours – can be anodised to bring out different gammas. Ideal for wedding rings because of its appearance. Can be combined with gold. Can be finished in matte or glossy. Different matrices are created.
Zircuti
A Brand new and unique material!
A hybrid of Titanium and Zirconium. A Zirconium-Titanium alloy, where up to 4 different Titanium grades of 40% and about 60% Zirconium meet. The colors speak for themselves!
Suitable for jewelery and rings. Can be finished in matte or glossy.
Niobium
Mother of many rare metals as well. Niobium looks greyish green with a platinum-grey gum. A strong, durable and plastic material. Anodising allows a variety of shades to be achieved. Bluish-purple, green, bronze, purple etc. The gamma varies and the colours blend. Ideal for wedding rings. Also hypoallergenic! Finishing is possible in matte or glossy.
Tantalum
Tantalum, as a so-called ‘conflict material’, is a very rare metal. It is extremely strong and corrosion resistant. It looks greyish blue with a rubbery finish. Can be forged and textured. Ideal for rings. Can be combined with gold. Can be finished in matte or gloss. Of course allergy free and a precious material.
Zirconium
Looks like the greyish silvery or so called ”white or light” metals originally described above. Other materials are also ‘white’.
It is possible to make it dark. Head black. Perfect for rings. Can be combined with gold.
Can be finished in matte or gloss.
Wolfram
A greyish and extremely strong material. Also known as ”Tungsten”.
Can be used to make rings. A greyish and extremely strong material.
Molybdenum
The silvery-grey material. Turns dark with heat treatment.
Not very widespread, rather a rare material. Can be made into rings.
Nitinol
A unique solution where Titanium meets Nickel 50/50. The material takes a funny shape when heat treated. It changes its shape and restores the original shape if necessary. Has a memory.
Used in aerospace and science, and to some extent in medicine. Not suitable for rings. Eyeglass frames etc.
